A bit about me: My yoga journey began in 2003 at Kashi Ashram with Guru Ma in my hometown of Sebastian, Florida—a sacred space nestled on untouched land along the tranquil Sebastian River. It was there, surrounded by nature’s quiet wisdom, that I first fell in love with the practice of yoga. Over the years, I’ve grown—both on and off the mat—and today, I feel called to share what I’ve learned with others. Everyone is welcome, no matter where you are on your journey. To share space in practice is something I consider deeply sacred and truly humbling. Each time I step onto my mat, I give myself permission to release the weight of the world and reconnect with the present. And every time I step off, I feel renewed—restored by the strength, clarity, and joy that yoga brings. My path hasn’t always been peaceful; for many years I wrestled with darkness before allowing the light back in. And what helped me find my way? A simple, powerful reminder: just breathe.
